We’re a father-daughter dream team — fueled by movement, design, and a love for anything that makes life (and your Pilates flow) a little sweeter and a lot sweatier! 💪🍭

👋 I’m Alecia — a Pilates instructor who’s obsessed with helping people feel strong, balanced, and super confident in their practice.
👨💼 And meet Ian — aka my dad, aka the business brainiac who’s spent his life building successful ventures. Now, he’s teamed up with me to make the dream of the perfect Pilates grip sock a reality. 🚀
