All orders are posted within 5 business days — but depending where you are, you could have your Sweet and Sweaty socks in your hands in just 2 days! 🎉
We’re based in Melbourne, AUS, and all parcels are sent via Australia Post.

🧼 ARE THERE ANY SPECIFIC WASHING INSTRUCTIONS?

You bet!
Just pop your socks inside out and wash them on your regular setting. Easy peasy, fresh and squeaky! 🧽🫧

🚫 DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Unless we've made a mistake (oops! 🙈), for hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns.

🔄 CAN I EXCHANGE MY SOCKS FOR A DIFFERENT STYLE OR SIZE AFTER RECEIVING MY ORDER?

Due to hygiene reasons (and keeping everything fresh and fabulous ✨), we can't offer exchanges once socks have been shipped or received.
